Order Management Services is the bridge from your front-end commerce system to your back end systems. It has been designed to simplify complex omni-channel order scenarios through a set of Order Management capabilities built on the extensible SAP Hybris Commerce platform. This lets you take orders from anywhere and fulfill them anywhere.
Order Management Services now enables Customers to manually download Return Labels from the My Returns section within My Account. Since they do not need to wait to receive a label in the mail or call in to Customer Support for manual label regeneration the return process is quicker and easier.
